January

  • National Book Month - Promote literacy, and the joy of reading by giving out books to clients, or supplies to Literacy Volunteers. Book bags with an imprinted book, bookmarks and book lights are good gifts too.
  • National Hobby Month - Give astronomy buffs Eclipse Shades, and you could do something in conjunction with the Lowell Observatory. Golfers can get a distance scope, repair tool, golf watch, tees or score counter. Gardeners could get hats, gloves, seeds, kneeling pads. Hikers can get pedometers, hats, flashlights, water bottles or daypacks. There's something for any hobby.
  • National Hot Tea Month - Relax with a cup of tea. Give ceramic mugs, commuter mugs, a cup warmer that plugs into a computer's USB port, tea, tea pot, thermos, tea towel and coaster.

February

  • Valentines Day / National Chocolate Lover's Month - Celebrate love, and the love of chocolate, with chocolate candy in bars and boxes or in a custom shapes, hot chocolate packets, fudge apples and gift baskets.
  • American Heart Month - This is a great time to promote heart health. You can use pedometers, heart shaped stress balls, letter openers, mint boxes and memo clips and heart healthy cookbooks.

March

  • St. Patrick's Day - It's the wearing' of the green. Give Shamrock chocolate coins, reflective shamrock stickers, foam Irish hats and any green item.
  • National Nutrition Month - Promote healthy eating with healthy cookbooks, vegetable seeds, good nutrition pocket sliders, George Foreman Grill and plastic food containers.
  • Youth Art Month - Show kids the joy of art with sidewalk chalk, coloring books and sheets, crayons, water color kits and colored pencils.

April

  • Pets Are Wonderful Month - Make pet owners, and pets, happy with a retractable dog leash, collapsible water bowl, pet collars, pet dish, pet medication kit, pet towel and pet toothbrush.
  • Community Service Month - Select deserving people, and give framed certificates or award. Also give them a selection of gifts relating to your business.
  • National Garden Month - Help gardeners enjoy the outdoors with hats, gloves, seed packets, seed confetti and kneeling pads.

May

  • Better Sleep Month - Help your clients get enough sleep by giving them a sleep mask, alarm clock, "Sleeping and Your Health" pocket slider, travel pillow, pillow, blanket or chamomile tea.
  • National Photo Month - Put on a photography contest, and frame winning pix and display them in local gallery, library or business, like a restaurant. Get them in the newspaper too. Give out a photo album, photo frame radio, picture mug or calendar that you sell to make money for a nonprofit.

June

  • National Fresh Fruit and Vegetables Month - Promote healthy eating with fruit and vegetable stress relievers, fruit trays and baskets and peelers and graters.
  • National Candy Month - Here's your excuse to eat candy. Give out chocolate and all kinds of candy.

July

  • Independence Day - Celebrate with a mouse pad with firework image, patriotic pencils and fireworks glasses.
  • National Ice Cream Month - Have an ice cream party for clients, and give out freeze dried ice cream, ice cream scoops or motorized ice cream cones.

August

  • Peach Month - Honor the fuzzy fruit with peach tea, peach shaped stress ball, peach shaped antenna ball and peach flavored lip balm.
  • National Water Quality Month - Drink cool, clear water, and give out water bottles, water bottle carriers and squirt guns.

September

  • Better Breakfast Month - Serve up a cereal box containing a compressed t-shirt, candy or cookies.
  • Self-Improvement Month - Give out exercise paraphernalia and books on exercise and stress relief.

October

  • Halloween - A time for kids of all ages. Give kids trick-or-treat bags, reflective items for their safety and for kids of all ages, candy.
  • National Pizza Month - Celebrate one of the world's greatest foods with pizza cutters, pizza slice shaped magnets, cutting boards, pizza stones and a pizza box compressed t-shirt.

November

  • Thanksgiving - Celebrate gluttony with a carving set, candy, cookies or a foam turkey hat.
  • Good Nutrition Month - Improve health with vegetable seeds, fruit/vegetable knife and books on health and nutrition.

December

  • Boston Tea Party - Celebrate this act of rebellion with tea, a tea pot, thermos, truffles, ice tea maker and Tea Clipper ship in a bottle.
  • Holiday Season - Celebrate the season of giving with tree ornaments, candy, mugs with packets of hot chocolate, holiday cards with music CD and so much more.
